Great stay, but loud at night!
I really enjoyed my time here. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help out. The room was spacious and comfortable. Plus, it's super close to some awesome food spots! Just wish it wasn't so noisy at night with traffic and people in the hall. Otherwise, a solid experience!

The shower worked very well, it was clean, and the room was fine. The hotel reservation desk workers were very helpful.

All hotel staffs are kind and nice to us including front clerk, concierge, housekeeper and restaurant staffs. We would like to say "Thank you". Nothing much we expect from you at this moment. I hope you will be the same in the "On Season", too.

It's not perfect, but it's nice
Staying here was a unique experience. The location in Koreatown allowed effortless access to amazing Korean BBQs. My corner King room was clean, and the staff was friendly. While some may find the beds a touch stiff, the value for the price is hard to beat! Planning a return stay soon!

We were in Los Angeles for a 3 night stay to see a concert and a soccer game as part of a larger vacation. Oxford Palace was fine - everyone was friendly, valet parking for free, tons of stores, restaurants, etc in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel was a good surprise, with
Its spacious rooms and well-maintained amenities. The staff were cute and efficient, but noise from the street made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Climate control, an individual safe and flat-screen television available in the king room. Pleasant staff, greatservices, including good choice of good delicacies. Location really close to downtown and real Korean atmosphere, many attractions and shopping, and Starbucks. For tea or coffee visit Starbucks nearby.

Answered all my questions and had a very helpful hotel staff. Hotel staff was bi-lingual (English and Korean).

I wanted a hotel within walking distance of the Wiltern Theater (corner of Wilshire and Western) and this fit the bill. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The hotel housekeeping staff began cleaning rooms on the floor on which I was staying at 9:00 a.m., and their loud voices woke me up. They weren't just talking at a normal volume, they were literally shouting down the hall to each other as they cleaned different rooms. I thought it was rude teenagers at first, and I could not believe my eyes when I went out in the hall and saw hotel staff yelling outside my door! I even had the "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging on my doorknob. Infuriating. I hadn't gotten back to the hotel until 2:30 a.m. the night before (I had been to a concert at the nearby Wiltern Theater) and I needed to sleep in.
